My aim is to help clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals through the power of hypnosis. I believe that everyone has the ability to make positive changes in their lives, using the power of their own brains and internal resources, which can have far reaching positive effects.
I offer a wide range of hypnotherapy services, including anxiety and stress relief, sleep issues, smoking cessation, overcoming phobias, confidence, dealing with exam or interview nerves and more. I am a certified hypnotherapist and use proven techniques to help my clients achieve lasting results.
I use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, which looks towards the future and what the client wants to achieve, rather than the problems which lead to the symptoms they are experiencing. A personalized approach ensures that each session is tailored to the individual needs of every one of my clients.
A 60 minute session.
This brings the cost per session down to £60.

A one-off session that lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. We will discuss the reasons that you want to quit your smoking or vaping habit and talk about how your brain can help you with this. We end with a trance session that cements your intention to quit in your brain. * The success of this session requires your will power and determination to quit for good. Outcomes may vary but you will leave armed with all of the tools that you need to be able to give you the best possible chance of succes
This package is a course of four sessions, including an Initial Consultation, which lead you through discussing what you want to achieve from them, getting comfortable with the process and then dealing with the phobia itself so that you reprogramme your brain and have a different response to this fear stimulus.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a talking therapy combining psychotherapy and hypnosis. It focuses on achieving the goals of the client, rather than the problems that has lead them to seek help. This allows the process to work quickly, meaning that in only a few weeks, real and long lasting progress can be made.
During a hypnotherapy session, trance is induced by getting comfortable, however that looks to you, while you listen to me guide you through to a deep level of relaxation.
Trance is a very natural state, that we all go in and out of many times a day; when you drive a regular route or are concentrating on a good book or film. It is a state of focused attention and may cause you to lose awareness of the time and your surroundings. However, you are never not in control during this and your brain will not accept or do anything against your will.
Being in this state helps the brain embed the positive changes we have discussed during our session.
Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, weight loss, and more.
During this meeting, which lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, we will discuss what you are seeking to change and how this process can help you. After this, if you decide that the process can help, we can arrange a course of regular (usually weekly) appointments of hypnotherapy.
Our session starts with a brief review of all of the positive things that have happened during the week. This puts you in the right part of your brain for it to create new ways of thinking and behaving. We will talk through how you can move forward and make positive changes to improve your future. Trance is the final part of the session where you can enjoy a wonderful period of relaxation where the brain can cement these positive ideas and changes.

With just a short course of appointments, we can make really good progress! Usually I would suggest between 8-10 sessions but this is something that can be reviewed as we go along and is entirely up to you and how much progress you feel you have made.
